delivery YOUR PACKAGE

Packages are shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation and delivery costs are fixed. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order.

We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. 

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
 

DELIVERY TO A RELAY POINT - 3 TO 4 WORKING DAYS

The choice of your closest relay point to you is made when validating your order.

The retention period for your parcel is 7 to 8 days for relay points or post offices and 3 days for pick-up stations.

DELIVERY VIA COLISSIMO - 2 TO 3 WORKING DAYS

They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature.
 

DELIVERY OUTSIDE EUROPE - 4 to 15 WORKING DAYS

They are shipped via Colissimo with a tracking number and delivered without signature.
 

EXPRESS DELIVERY - RELAY POINT - THE NEXT DAY FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1PM

They are sent via Chronopost with a tracking number and delivered against signature.
 

EXPRESS DELIVERY - AT HOME - THE NEXT DAY FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1PM

They are sent via Chronopost with a tracking number and delivered against signature.

 

RETURN

You have 30 days after receipt of your order to return it to us.

The return costs are your responsibility and we will offer you either an exchange or a refund.

If this order is a gift, you can only proceed to an exchange.

Attention,  any personalized product cannot be exchanged or refunded.
 

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

 

1.  Write to us at  contact@tinoki.fr  by informing us of your wish to exchange and specifying your order number (within 30 days of receipt of the order). We will confirm that the exchange or refund is possible.
 

2.  Return the product(s) intact, unwashed, and unworn, with the original label and packaging, in the package of your order accompanied by your duly completed return.
 

3.  Post your product(s).
 

4.  You will then receive an e-mail notifying you of the receipt of the package by the TINOKI team. Your account will then be credited with the value of the returned item(s) within 7 days of receipt by the TINOKI team of said returned package. To buy a new product, you will need to place a new order using this credit note. The shipping costs for this new order will be your responsibility. If it is a size exchange for the same product, the new shipping costs will be refunded to you upon simple request to  contact@tinoki.fr
